Steps:

• Download any working proxy from the internet.
• Go and run any IP checking website like wtfismyip.com
• Download "TOR" from the internet
• Load proxy in system

Goto search panel and search for "Internet Option".

 





Open "Internet Option" .

Under "Connection"  tab, Click on "Lan Settings"





 

 Under "Proxy Server" tab, Check out the box and click on "Advanced".

Now Load your Downloaded proxy in related tab. 





 

 Apply All These Settings and proxy has been loaded.

•  Now run the "TOR" to change your IP.

 

• Start "Tor server"   and wait for loading relays.
• Now click on "IP changer" and click "Start".
• Now go on wtfismyip.com and check your IP address.
• Your IP address has been changed.
